I joined Enviroco in 2008 as Location Manager, responsible for the day to day operations at our Great Yarmouth waste management centre, with main duties focusing on the efficient maximisation and processing of our clients wastes within strict environmental and safety guidelines.

I previously worked for Tradebe setting up the Dinnington thermal treatment facility and prior to that for Biffa for 16 years in various roles.

Having applied some Lean management techniques to the sites operations progress and improvement has been rapid, as indeed it must be as the market changes.

My forthcoming challenges for the business will be the upcoming redevelopment of our site and its associated permits with new infrastructure and working practices to give Enviroco a modern and efficient waste handling site.
