Our approach to our people means that we are able to engage with them through a variety of channels and initiatives which are designed to encourage engagement with the business and the communities that live and work near our locations.  We have a range of programmes designed to involve our people such as Explorer and Lifestyle.  Our Explorer programme involves our people in workshops to help find innovative solutions on various challenges presented by the business; whilst our Lifestyle programme involves our people through various social events and fundraising activities to help provide support to local charities, employees and the wider community.
